Ordered chicken finger plate- the sauce packets were bigger than the fingers- literally!!! They didn't put in the Cole slaw. I... asked for certain sauces and they screwed that up too! Food came out looking amazing and it tasted really really good, everything was fresh and hot. How ever the cashier at the... counter around 4-4:30 was rude and disrespectful for all customers that I saw in front and behind me due to the fact thateveryone or mostly everyone had the free Zaxby's tenders fries and Texas toast meal. Her attitude is really unprofessional anduncaused for because she still receives a paycheck regardless if it was free or not. I'm sure it's some guy's and gal's with aprison background that's having trouble finding employment would love to have her job and do it extremely well much much betterthan the young (20) something year old girl is doing. Will never go back, my food was old. It wasn't able to be eaten once I got back to my truck. Always check my food, but this time... I didn't, because it was my favorite eatery. Caught an Uber to get there. Not this spot. Bread, chicken tenders and even mywings was hard. Couldn't eat it. Only thing was eatable was the fries. This is the second Zaxby's in Florida I have eaten from ayet again disappointed. I'm done. I'll wait till I get back to Carolina to eat at another Zaxby's. Read more

Door says dining room closes at 10pm! I?m here at 9:21pm and and they have it locked! I called in and they gave a story about it... closes at 9pm!! This drive thru line is soo long, then it seems like their taking one order at a time & completing that orderbefore they take another customer. With 9 cars ahead of me, Im sure they?ll be close prior to me even getting to the menu boardor don?t have what I?m looking to get! Ok, so I get to the window (they tell me that they don?t have grilled meat anymore) andtake my payment, then ask me to pull up to the white line so they can help others behind me, I told her no.
