Today I went to zaxby?s on a fluke that firehouse didn?t work. I go to order and I their menus have so much going on, I didn?t... see the part with chicken tender meals. I place an order for 5 fingers and a large sweet tea and am told that I?ll get the totalat the window. This average food cost me $14.. I was baffled. I wasn?t going to be rude and drive away but for one person that?sjust too much. But next time, you will not Bamboozle me into that bs pricing. Don't get me wrong the food is good but I wish the communication was better. We were told 3 different things concerning the... veterans day special. One cashier told us it was 10% off a meal & another person told us the boneless wings meal was free forveterans & active duty. What was advertised was a free boneless wings meal for veterans & active duty, so that is what weordered but when we got to the window the young lady charged us for both meals & said the free meal was only through the appwhich is not was was advertised. The chicken tenders are way to9 small. Order kickin chicken and you get super hard burnt pieces and like 2 bites of legitimate... good chicken. Place used to be 4 but not anymore. Get the cheddar bites and open the container and there's barely any cheddarbites. For the price we pay least hook it up. Customer service is really dependsnt on who is working. Read more

An improved app doesn't mean much if you're going to let online orders sit to get cold for 10+ minutes while customers sit and... wait at the online order rack. Couldn't even call out a name? Food is way too expensive to allow it to become cold garbage. Read more

This was my first time to this Zaxbys. I got a free meal thanks to their app and a current promo so that was excellent. That... said everything else was just OK. I think they were a little short staffed so the wait was a bit long (15 mins). The dining arealooks nice but it was not very clean. The food tasted ok and who doesn't like free? But the meal normally costs $10 for a smallamount of fries, three chicken tenders, toast, and a medium drink. To me that was maybe a tad high. The tenders tasted good. Thefries to me were on the unremarkable side and I could have gone without the toast. All in all I appreciate the free meal so goodjob on a fun promo. Maybe there are other menu items that would be better but overall the review is just ok for this Zaxbys. Read more

I asked for BBQ sauce but in my bag was Zak Sauce. If I wouldn't have checked I would have gotten home with Zak Sauce. The... sticker on the bag said "No Zak Sauce" so why was it in my bag? The reason I come inside your restaurant is you made so manymistakes on sauce and my Drink orders that I take the time to come inside to order my food. Out of the past 5 orders not once have they gave me what I ordered. I?ve never got the sauces I paid for and 2/5 didn?t even get... the right meal. The service is awful because nobody cares at all.
