I don't normally have a reason to give high ratings to a fast food company, but this is an exception. The food comes out hot... and as described on the menu. The orders are processed quickly and the wait times are minimal. One thing that sets this placeapart is the floor manager, Michael. He is super nice and tells all of the customers that if they need anything to call forhim. The trays and trash stay on the table as you leave, because he takes care of that too. This place is ridiculous in the best way. My girlfriend and I were given better service here than many of the fine dining... restaurants we go to. Michael in the dining room tended to our absolute every need and the food was extremely fresh. Top tierquick service restaurant. Read more

It was the lunch rush, but they were getting orders out pretty quickly ...well, everyone else's. I ordered a salad, it took... awhile for them to fix it, and then it sat in the window for awhile until I asked them if it was mine. I have ordered multiple times from this location curbside I would never go through drive-through it's always packed lol The... managers are always nice and very pleasant with a smile on their faces even though they're busy. The customer service isimpeccable and I can really appreciate a place that gets my order right every time. No place is perfect but I know if I get foodfrom here what to expect usually. Had to change plans due to the extreme crowding here tonight. They were fairly well staffed, just way too many customers even... tho they were working very quickly to fill orders. But once got to the counter was informed it would be nearly an hour wait forprep, had to change mind and just go elsewhere. Will come back on a Tuesday or something when it's not too busy. The food is great and fresh made. The only thing is because they fresh make it, the wait is ridiculously long.. I sat in... drive-thru line for 30 minutes. Totally worth it though! They have the best cobb salad ???? ???? I get it with fried chickentenders tossed in tounge torch and use tounge torch and ranch as my dressing. Read more
