Always missing items when ordering delivery. Stopped ordering because of it although I love the wings, fries and ranch. Ordered... tonight after 6 months and ONCE again it was wrong. Ordered dinner for 2, got 8 wings (not 15) and no voodoo fries or any side.Paid 41.00 for 8 wings. Called and couldn?t get anyone on the phone. Just on hold?? last time I give them a chance. I ordered online. When I got there I told them my name. They said it would be 3 minutes.After waiting 20 more minutes and... several people getting their order before me, he asks my name again and hands me a bag of food that?s been sitting there for 15minutes. When confronted he said that he did call my name and that I should have been listening. No apology whatsoever. This isnot my first negative interaction at this location. Placed my order via the app, bc I order from Wingstop back home all the time. Was added it would be a nearly 2hr wait for... delivery. Ok, fine. When the delivery person arrived my food was cold, plus he also delivered someone else's food with mine. Icouldn't catch him in time so I called the store to let them know they will have someone somewhere waiting for their meal bc Ihad it and it was like they didn't even care. The wings I ordered very overcooked, cold as I mentioned before and my carrotswere practically cooked from sitting inside an enclosed bag with hot wings. Make it make sense. Read more
We have ordered from Wing Stop many times, and the last few times it?s gotten repeatedly worse. My husband just hung up with... customer service and she shrugged it off. Not helpful at all. Our Door Dash guy ate half our order on the way here. Customerservice said she?d ?put in the request? to have our dinner and tip reimbursed. Major run around with customer service outsourcedto India. This is ridiculous! I paid $23 total for this!? The chicken is NOT COOKED! My cheese fries are smashed up like someone was... kicking it around like a soccer ball. I wish I didn?t order from here. This place is going downhill! Will not ever come back. Read more
I ALWAYS order my wings well done, extra cook. This is the second time I?ve gotten them from the San Jose location and they... aren?t done. Skin soft and mushy with the fat underneath the skin not even cooked. Then they don?t answer the phone when youcall to try and fix it. Read more
I worked here, and the kitchen is never clean. The odor emitting from the back when you walk in is raw chicken "juice"... (blood,water). I was told that in order to maintain my employment I needed to be a team player and was dedicated to restoringthe kitchens myself. Many locations, and all the same issue: No regard for health and safety. I personally cleaned the kitchenat the QSC to keep from failing the QSC and to try to pass the Quality Standards exam. They passed, but only by the skin oftheir teeth. If you have any regard for the quality of food you eat or the safety and sanitization of the area in which yourfood is cooked, please reconsider eating here or at any of the Wingstop locations. I expressed my dissatisfaction for thecompany policies and health code violations and was subsequently fired. The attached photos show the floors. Read more
