Rest assured that if there is anything that goes wrong with an order that they will do whatever they can to make things right.... I?ve been going to this wing stop for awhile now as it is the closest one to where I live. Usually I have never had a problem,the food has been good and I like the portion sizes. When I ordered more recently for delivery however, I unfortunately hadn?treceived many of the items I had ordered and I was very disappointed as I was studying for an exam and didn?t have time to tryand sort it out. But, I did submit a contact form and I was assured by the manager that I could come in for a remake on anotherday at no charge. When I did come in a few days after the incident I was treated very well and ultimately got the meal I hadoriginally ordered. I will absolutely continue to come to this wing stop, assured that if a mistake is made, it will be maderight. Read more
Recently this place has gotten SO much better. Orders are done within a decent time frame and they actually answer the phone for... to go orders. Idk who they fired or who they hired but it's so much better now Read more
They ran out of boneless wings and didn't tell us until they were supposed to be ready (20 minutes after we ordered). They said... we could get tenders instead, which was fine. Then 2 of the 3 employees left and we waited another 40 minutes for our order. I'mnot sure why it was a one-man-show on a Friday at 7pm, super poor planning. We watched the man make our order, and then he triedto give it to another customer. He told me twice that it wasn't my order and acted like I was crazy when I asked him to checkthe name before he handed the guy my order. The main issues are that their ordering system allows people to order things thatthey don't have and that they didn't have more people working on a Friday night. I ordered a drink while I waited for my DoorDash order to be picked up and honestly, I have never had customer service like this... in Jacksonville before. I was very impressed by Antonio's service. He was highly attentive and accommodating and made sure thatI was happy and comfortable. That is not all. He is an excellent manager and consistently provided Darvin with encouragement andreassurance. Darvin diligently worked on the orders and everything was timely. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the BeachBlvd Wingstop today. I am currently explaining my experience to my partner because I write reviews often but this experience hastopped the charts. I would like to recommend that Antonio become the customer service trainer for every restaurant inJacksonville as I have never been so pleased with a restaurant's customer service. Thank you again Darvin and Tony for awonderful experience, one that I will compare every other customer service experience with. I am so grateful for your servicestoday guys. This has to by far be the WORST Wingstop in Jacksonville. Everytime I try to give them another chance they mess up. Today's... issue. I ordered 10 wings. 5 hot. 5 garlic Parmesan. I received 4 Plain wings and 5 Hot wings. I asked for them to fry them hardand they were basically raw and very rubbery. I am beyond disappointed. My online order was being bagged up when I arrived. The gals allowed me to substitute a sauce I had ordered, but the lady... cooking acted very inconvenienced and mumbled something under her breath. Decent experience. The food was the normal forWingstop. Read more
Place is really hot and cold. The 3.7 star rating is about as spot on as it gets. Sometimes the wings are amazing and good... quality, other times I get these small nuggets which are basically breading. Cross your fingers! Read more
