Cashier on duty extremely rude. My order was $14.51. Handed Cashier a $20. Cashier stated had no ones and would not be able to... give me change. I advised I would need $5.49 back no ones required and handed the $20 back. The guy that took our order was FANTASTIC and had great customer service. However, the girl, was rushing us to finish. We got... there at 11:15 after a baseball game. Their door and their website said they closed at midnight. After we ordered, they tried tostress that we wanted it to go? which we didn?t because we had an hour drive home and 2 kids. We paid extra for all flats? nobig deal, that?s what we wanted. However, all you could hear was complaints about the all flats. Then, at 11:25, when our ordercame out, it was all packaged to go. The girl that was in the kitchen came out to let us know they closed at midnight. We heardthem tell several phone orders that they were closed before 11:40 and there was at least 1 customer that was turned away andtold they were closed at 11:45. Then, 3 of the staff members came and sat out in the dining area. Why have a time written on thedoor and the website saying closed at midnight, if you are going to just get paid to be there at midnight but not make any moneyfor the owners of the business? makes no sense to me. Do not eat here! The service is extremely poor! The staff is terribly unprofessional and disorganized. There appears to be... several teenagers working there. In addition, the workers mock their customers and are just generally rude. Wait time will alsobe extremely long! Read more
This is worse wingstop I?ve ever been to. Is it customary for your workers to be rude. It?s a back to back thing?they need... better training. Second?wings don?t come with sauces anymore, I have to pay for the sauce?extra sauce I understand but one ranchsauce that should automatically come with the food is a big deal now. Ordered some wings and the delivery driver did not give me any sauces, AND you know wings ain?t nothin? without some bleu or... ranch dressing. Anyway I called the restaurant and just asked for it to be taken off the ticket because I think the DoorDash guymust have left it in his car. (I know it wasn?t the restaurants fault at all). Anyway, the manager asked for my address anddelivered it to me in like 5 minutes! I?m talk in? this man zoomed to my house and brought a bag with more then I had evenordered and a dam delicious brownie!! Like what?! I?m not one to ask for anything extra(restaurant worker for 20 years here) butthis is top notch management! I know that restaurants are so understaffed and running on a skeleton crew and deal with more thanhorrible complaining people day in and day out. We order a lot at work and get it delivered. One time they forgot something and called to tell us right away before our door... dasher even arrived. One of the workers drove it to us himself with a brownie and an apology. I was very impressed by this!Thank you. Read more
