This is the second time, This WAS A REPLACMENT last time . As you can see it's extremely dried out and old and just ughhhh ????... like we have to pay ???? over the top prices for nasty food . I didn?t get the name of the cashier but she made my entire day. Some of the best customer service I?ve had from a restaurant... since Covid started. She offered to bring my order out to my car because I had my toddler with me. Might be something small tosome people but it was everything to me because I hate bringing my toddler inside places. The mild honey barbque is super spicy, I bought 50 wings for my familiy today with doordash, and wen can't eat them,... unbelievable, the rest of the wings went to the trash, no more this place. Read more
The manager Reggie has a very nasty attitude. I ordered 30 wings 3 different flavors why are they all in the same container? The... bag had grease on the bottom, which soaked through onto my veggie sticks. Then Reggie said that happens sometimes. I worked here, and the kitchen is never clean. The odor emitting from the back when you walk in is raw chicken "juice"... (blood,water). I was told that in order to maintain my employment I needed to be a team player and was dedicated to restoringthe kitchens myself. Many locations, and all the same issue: No regard for health and safety. I personally cleaned the kitchenat the QSC to keep from failing the QSC and to try to pass the Quality Standards exam. They passed, but only by the skin oftheir teeth. If you have any regard for the quality of food you eat or the safety and sanitization of the area in which yourfood is cooked, please reconsider eating here or at any of the Wingstop locations. I expressed my dissatisfaction for thecompany policies and health code violations and was subsequently fired. The attached photos show the floors. Read more
