It was my first time trying this new location. The place was clean. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. There was barely any... Mayo and the chicken was very dry, not fresh. My fries were nice and hot though. For the drinks, I got a coke and it tasted likedirty tap water. Changed it and got a sprite, and that tasted like dirty tap water. This is a new Whataburger in Oakleaf area much closer than the great service and food at the Middleburg location on Blanding... Blvd. Unfortunately the service is less than impressive (2 wrong orders now) and service with an attitude. The interior is cleanbut the floor appears to be mopped with the slickest oils available. Be very careful, it is dangerously slippery. The buildingis brand new and very nice. The first visit was good and the order was correct (6:45am). The next two visits (7-7:15am) wereincorrect. The staff does not appear to pay attention to online orders and didn't present extra's ordered through the phone app.The first mistake was corrected because we dinned in. The second mistake was the same but I didn't catch it until I got home andpulled out the food. I called the manager who has no way to make the situation right (charge back the cost of the missing item).The pancakes are good size but the sausage is consistently overcooked slightly. The breakfast sandwiches are smooshed andunappetizing on presentation. Much like the Normandy Blvd. location, the service is subpar. If I go back to Whataburger it willonly be at the Blanding Blvd. location in Middleburg. It's further away but service is great and food is excellent. Read more
Food and service were great! Food came out fast and fresh. Staff were friendly and deliver your food to you with a tray asking... you for napkins and/or ketchup/spicy ketchup. This is the best location so far in Jacksonville! Thank you for opening up inOakleaf! Read more
Can't go wrong here. They still use real meat, and the burger's always tasty. The meat and the bun are 50% larger than most of... the competition, and still at nearly the same price. Fries were hot and fresh, as were the burgers. Staff was friendly, andmanager even walks around making sure everyone is satisfied with their meal. Great job Whataburger! Read more
They were super busy when I went, yet all the staff was super nice and courteous. Food came out exactly right and was just as... delicious as expected. Very happy they are open now and I'll definitely be coming back often! Read more

As long as they take care of the store this place should be THE GO TO for fast food. Just got my order from them and the fries... were piping hot, the burger was fresh and delicious, and the drink was awesome! I?m so happy they finally opened this locationand I hope that they stay for a long, long time. Bye bye to all the other fast food places in that area I?m done with them allexcept Whataburger!
