It took forever to be acknowledged at the drive through, they did not have the grilled chicken, baked potato and the chocolate... frosty that we wanted. No one seemed to even care about service here. I had not visited in a while because the service wasterrible. I gave them another chance and this was the result. I'm never spending any of my money at this location anymore. Read more

The absolute worst. Customer service or the lack there of is concerning. The staff clearly doesn't like their jobs. Alexis, one... of the staff is absolutely rude and needs a different profession. You can tell through their customer interactions. The food isinconsistent always. Cold food is their reputation. You literally have to request, "fresh food." Won't be coming back to thislocation. I ordered ahead on the Wendy's so I could get back to work faster and not have to wait in the line the order. I ended up waiting... for 22 minutes for a 2 Dave's Doubles and an iced tea. I would have liked to give 5 stars because the food was very good. Theissue is that you failed at the concept of "fast" food. If I'm in rhe area again I will give them another shot. Read more
