I just ordered DoorDash and I am very disappointed. I ordered one of the single combos with only ketchup and they put mayo on it... as well. This meat is old and these fries are cold. I spent too much money to receive this type of service. I just tried to calland I can't get through. Wendy's is one of my favorite spots but after this poor quality of food, I will not be patronizing thisparticular Wendy's again. I know its fast food, but this should have been better quality.. This Wendy's needs a makeover. I try to go anywhere but this Wendy's. The day I went here was because my daughter requested it.... The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so we parked & went inside. Unfortunately inside looked like outside & ittook about 15 minutes before anyone behind the counter looked up to acknowledge the 20 people in the lobby. Place was filthy. Kitchen floor scattered with food. Was concerned about food safety issues. Dining area wasn?t clean. Table... tops littered with scraps and napkins. An employee came out to push chairs to the tables and just parked them over trash on thefloor. Made zero attempt to clean anything. Food was ok. Read more
Staff was friendly & filled the order accurately. However, this restaurant needs competent management. This location was the... most disheveled & dirty fast food restaurant that I have ever been in. My husband said the men's restroom was a rat hole. Myexperience in the ladies restroom was not as bad but it did have an odd odor and gum on the floor. Read more

This restaurant is in desperate need of help. Since COVID it's been struggling. My husband and I went in for a Togo order, mid... afternoon. As soon as we get in line and overhear the customer's orders in front of us, the lists of everything they're out ofwas very lengthy with every customer served, even with our order. No dipping sauces other than ghost pepper and buffalo, noketchup packets, no honey mustard for the Pretzel Bun chicken sandwich, no crackers or hot chili sauce, the soda machine in thelobby was out of about 75% of its sodas (it's the Coke Touch Screen with multiple flavors of different Coke products). Thecleanliness is definitely not up to par. The dining room is grimy, the soda machine was caked in splattered beverages. Itactually reeked of a cherry soda/cream soda smell. Keep in mind this location just got a remodel. Customer service isn'tfriendly or professional. The cashier talked to all customers as if they're out in public elsewhere or at their house; not atwork or in a professional setting. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this here. I've gotten calls from doordash delivery drivers because my orders couldn't be completed (out of entrees I ordered), & items and condiments missing indrive thru orders. We will be taking a break from this location in hopes things improve. Read more
