This place is just as bad as the previous reviews suggest. Better business bureau where are you at? They said they were closed... at 1:54am when they close at 2am. I know that?s cutting it close but the service was rude and confusing as the employees wereviewed socializing outside of the drive up window and the person at the menu was rude. Pulled up to the speak to have our order taken, we sat there for a few minutes never heard anything come through on it, my... husband pulled up to the window to tell them that if they were talking through the speaker it wasn?t being heard on our end.They went and got the manager and the manager stated they don?t take orders at the window. My husband explained that nothing wassaid over the speaker and the manager stated they said something. My husband told the manager if something was said it wasn?theard so the speaker must be broken. She then kept repeating that they do not take orders at the window and finally stated butthey would take our order. It is not our fault nothing was heard from the speaker. No need to be rude. I just left this location my service was good as well as the food. My only issue is I had a short brown straight hair in... baconator fries. My hair is blonde while my friends is Pink. All my other food were fine I just want the refund for my fries. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE! We highly regret not reading these reviews before going here because we figured it's Wendys how bad could it be?... We did a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we finally get our food the fries are soggy and cold. So weget back in line to get fresh fries when it literally says on the bag that if your fries are not hot and crispy that you canjust tell them and you'll get new fries. The bag also says that it " This isn't one of those complicated corporate guaranteeswith a lot of legal restrictions." But when we pull up to the drive thru the worker rudely says we can not get new fries because"it's been over 5 minutes." That makes no sense what-so-ever because the bag clearly says it should be a hassle free process andwe did not even touch the fries you can visibly see how slumped over and soggy they look. I brought the $5.00 deal. jr bacon cheeseburger, nuggets, fry and drink. Their was a roach fried on 1 of the nuggets, I called... the store and spoke with a gentleman that hung up on me when I told him why I was calling.
