This location usually has fresh, hot food made correctly. For fast food, it's delicious...and I do Not drink.

We choose to eat inside Wendy's , has been 3 years since I step in Wendy's. I want to give it a try since I have family ... working in another state, for the same chain of restaurant and they spoke highly about it. I went inside with the intention toeat there. First I search for a table all were dirty and the counter with the utensil also dirty. After I order my food Inoticed the floor in the kitchen so dirty, with French fries, empty boxes and napkins.. I was very surprised. I took my foodand choose to eat in my car. I noticed they make my food wrong, I went inside again. The cashier told the lady to make me methe food. She said she couldn't because she was sick and wasn't allowed. Why is she was sick and not allowed to touch the foodshe was in the first place in the kitchen area? Then this last took small black towel and clean her nose and eye's. After thisbad experience I won't go back to any fast food . The drive trough was pack, people really don't know how those places arereally manage behind doors. Read more
This store needs to be remodeled and updated! Customer service needs work. Lady at the cash window was nice to the customer the... lady at the second window shouldn't be serving. She had the attitude like here is your food now get away from me. I won't begoing back to this restaurant and I recommend others to stay away from here. If I were the manager the second lady should becleaning the bathrooms and taking out the trash or fired. Read more
Stop in to pick some lunch. Ordered two summer strawberry salads. They didn't have the dressing for the salads. So I cancelled... my order which took about 10 due to not being able to refund my money. So they gave me cash and the manager told me that's howthey refund money back to the guest instead of putting it back on your credit card. Her body language and face expression tellme this is bothering her to preform the function of refunding my order. It is important to walk your restaurant to know what youare out of so it not a inconvenience when the item is ordered. Smiles and professionalism goes a long way to keep guest comingback. The manager needs to be refreshed in the training category how to approach a guest and problem solving any issues. Aresponse to this will be a welcome surprise to say the least. Came in the lobby. Which was open manager came to me & said that she could not take my order in the lobby. I would have to walk... to the drive thru. I explain and she seen that I was in a large vehicle. I asked her could she just 2 steps to the drive thruregister and take my order I was only getting a frosty. She Miss Darcy reply no that I will have to go to the drive-thru. So Idrive my bus round there. To only be told they do not have any frosty right now. I said why didn't she say that when I told herthats what I was getting. Not only that standing in that drive looking inside they have trash all over the ground. While the food isn't too bad, the staff in the "Drive Through " are very rude. No personality at all. I will not be back there.
