Well it was good enough to get food in our bellies which is what we needed as we drove through from the airport. We all said it... was a drive thru we will never go through again though ???? There were 2 female staff members out front smoking pot and the linewent slower than I thought possible for ?fast? food though it picked up when they went back in from their smoke break. They were out of a lot it items, customer service was snotty, I asked for ranch she said she put it in the bag. I checked to be... sure, she gave an attitude with a sigh and sure enough there was no ranch. I asked her politely to hand me 4 ranches, she onlygave me 2 ranches and I offered to pay for the extras she said she could only give me 2. I know other locations have given the 4before and if I?ve had to pay for the cups not a problem. Food wasn?t that awesome it was all a mess in the wrapper and thefries were cold and old. Really nice people and quick drive they service but unfortunately there was a piece of dirty tape in my salad. Glad I went... through it with my fork before trying it! Literally a piece of scotch tape with black dirt all over it was in my salad. Nasty. Read more
I try my best not to write bad reviews even told the young ladies at the window to mute there mic because I can hear a unwork... related conversation that they were having. It is said that all fast-food restaurants are essentially, equal or something close to this. I don't agree because there are... simply too many variables in everything from customer service to the increasingly market demands of variation and the quality ofthe food. This Wendy's on Dunn Avenue is an example of quality and I'm glad to give it five stars for not only the expeditiouscustomer service but the honey be flavored biscuit I purchased. Stopped here in the middle of the afternoon for a quick meal, and found the dining room to be spotlessly clean, and appeared to... have been recently swept, mopped and wiped down following the noon lunch hour. Staff was willing to quickly re-make a customizedsandwich order that had been prepared wrong the first time. There are no photos of my food because I was hungry and theingredients were fresh and tasty. There were noticeable improvements here regarding the dine-in experience from a couple monthsago.
