By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with fast food. I (the passenger) tried to order something was told to only... let the driver speak which wasnt a big deal but how it was said was very rude. Could barely order without attitude and beingspoke down to for things like asking for extra ranch which we never even got though they charged extra for it. Asked for avanilla frosty and was asked if we even read the menu because it says they no longer served that flavor which again wouldn't bea big deal if it was said so rudely. Bags were missing my entire chicken asiago combo. Went inside to let them know and wasargued with to the point I brought everything inside to show them it was missing. Had to argue more before the manager finallychecked the bags and realized the never gave me the meal. Terrible service. I've never had to fight so hard for a chickensandwich and hope I never have to deal with these workers again. Read more
Out of almost everything food wise! Don't go here!!! Bad food, bad service, VERY rude people working here!!! If you can drive... further pay more do it. Came hungry, left hungry and frustrated. Ordered 3 burgers for my kids and myself then was asked if Iwas going to order all the burgers so no one else could eat there. (How are you going to run a business like that?) You got onejob. Always good food, always cooked properly. Sometimes it gets busy so they may forget something occasionally but if you haven?t... worked fast food then you don?t know the struggle. I also think they did really well to a cop coming up in the store barking ateveryone and harassing them. Read more
I usually like Wendy's but the card reader didn't work. I had heard the cashier say she had no change and used my card because... of that. Then, when I said that needed to be fixed, if they were not carrying enough change, she got very snotty and cut meeyes. There were no napkins out, no ketchup, and my fries were hard and cool. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Read more
Traveling and stopped at Wendy?s at 11pm which they close at 1am. There food truck was blocking the drive-thru for over 40mins... ? If anything the truck should have find a better location to park or came at 1am when they close. I hope this issue get fix Read more
I ordered the taco salad, medium fry (dry and warm not fresh) with their awesome sauce and a chocolate frosty.
