I really can't blame the over worked employees. There were only 3 people working and they were hussling with the online orders... and in-store customers. Our fries were at best warm and the bread stale and my sons bun was about burnt. The people seemed happyto help us. I feel bad they looked overworked. Read more

The pregnant girl with the weave running the drive through has a disgusting attitude. Also made it very clear to her I am... allergic to tomatoes. The kitchen gave me FROZEN food and a tomato. Can?t wait to tell everyone NEVER to go to Wendy?s again. RIP Wendy?s!!!! Read more

It took forever to receive food. Because some guy brought in two boxes of doughnuts and we had to wait while it was being... shared. Told "it is how it is. I'm hungry (while in Wendy's. As the mgr) I raise a football team." Took 20mins to get twomeals. While others got food much faster and after us in placing the order. Finally get it, lobby is disgusting, every table. Tobe served cold food. Worst experience at any fast food. First time there and no... We won't be going back. Avoid this location. Read more

Fri 9/2 approx 7:30 pm Went inside to place an order to go. No one at register, finally young woman, possibly late teens, early... 20's came to take order. I have never been so rudely treated, as if I had bothered her to have to serve me. I ask if frenchfries were fresh, she never answered my question. Ask again & she said "I don't know ".I ask her if she had a problem, shesaid there's only 2 of us here. She never cracked a smile, was obvious she was not a happy employee. After spending over $25 shenever even said thank you. I ask for my receipt & she said their receipt printer was not working. As I was leaving she was liketalking to herself & said a curse word. I previously had a bad experience with another Wendy's but the visit to this locationwas the absolute worse service I have ever received and have no desire to visit another Wendy's! Read more

Should not have to wait for cold food only to find out they forgot about you in the parking lot. because they were too busy.... Where's the leadership. Follow up on processes and by all means care about your customers their paying for the more money youwant to be paid and paying for hire food cost. The quality of food should be spot on and the customer in the drive thru shouldtrust in you. After today's service. Better be lucky we didn't come in it would have been embarrassing for you and yourestablishment. Read more

Terrible. Went at 2pm. One person ahead of us at the counter. Employees were moving at the speed of sludge. No acknowledgement.... We finally walked out. If we cant order with that few people how long would we have waited for food. Wendy's is circling thedrain. Read more
