This is probably the dirtiest restaurant ive ever been in literally. I walked in and ordered a Dave?s Single combo, small and... the cashier rang me up for a medium fry and small drink. When the food comes out the burger is cold and missing lettuce and thefries were cold. I sat down to eat and when I looked around the floors were wet, table?s dirty and when I made it 75% of the waythrough my cold food I looked to my left and saw a rotten French Fry in between the seats. My Dave's double was probably the best Wendy's burger I've ever had. It was hot and fresh and delicious. Got chili with my... burger and asked for onions, but no cheese, and they put cheese but no onions on it. Wife ordered a baked potato with butter butno sour cream, and they gave her sour cream but no butter. Their standard drink is now the child size drink instead of the 20oz. drink. The medium frosty is now the small size. When we circled back around to get butter, she handed us 2 butter packetswrapped in a bunch of napkins. When we opened up the napkins, the butter packets were covered in a dark brown grease likesubstance. It was disgusting. This sucks because the burgers, chili, and potato were excellent, but I don't think I would goback there again. Staff was friendly but not competent. Read more
Drive thru order screen broken so could not confirm order. Out of utensils. Out of sprite. Out of napkins. Charged $2.19 for a... small cup of tap water which used to be complimentary. Understaffed but doing their best. $26 for 2 sandwiches and a frosty toeat with a straw. Just a garbage experience. Read more
I went here recently, I ordered two single combos, the male cashier wasn't mean but he was cold, the food eating supplies were... very low, I literally had to ask for a straw which the manager gave to me, the times I've been there she acts like she has aslight attitude and lives in her own world, the big silver ketchup containers they have set up were both empty, the fries I hadin one meal were overcooked and hard as heck, the other was fine but not inviting, I ate one burger which was ok but the secondburger had a piece of black hair in it!!!!, I wanted to complain but decided against it and said to myself I won't patronizethis restaurant for a very long time or never again, the experience was absolutely abysmal, the only things good were thechicken nuggets which they forgot to put in my order and the cherry coke, this restaurant needs to do better. DANGER This place is nasty dirty even at opening. Had to wait to have our order taken while the people behind the counter... finished eating. Complained to 2 people including a manager about the black crud in the tea urn. It literally took 5 seconds forthe tea to break through the crud which filled the cup. When we left the store 20 minutes later the tea was still being served.Burgers were definitely not fresh. Read more
I went through the drive thru and needed to order four four for fours only to be told that I could only order 3 combos that I... had to come inside. I had 3 small children and it was pouring rain. So I didn't eat lunch. That was the most ridiculous thing Iever heard. Not only did you lose my order that day. But you lost my $100.+ a month. I will not be back. You act like you arethe only fast food on that corner. I'll feed my family elsewhere. Read more
Service is ok. The wait is quite long. Food is edible. Nothing to great. But the cleanliness is sub par.. Trash on the floor,... the bathroom is nasty. Totally unacceptable.. will be forwarding to Corporate. Read more
This location is constantly "not open for business" during hours it should be open. There have been multiple times that I arrive... for breakfast after placing an order on their app, to find out they are not opening until noon that day. If I had anotherlocation that I could go to, I would. But work restrictions on where I can get food while working prevent that. When I can getfood, it's as delicious as I can want, but the lack of consistency in their morning hours of operation really drives down theisscore. Read more
