I ordered Asiago Ranch chicken meal with no bacon through the drive thru. I got my sandwich drench and soggy with ranch and no... Asiago cheese and fries were cold and stale! If I can give zero stars I would. Was in the drive-thru for almost one hour. Mobile order placed in advance. Cold food -... surprise surprise. Workers do not care that people behind us left or if you wait (six cars total left - unfortunately weplaced our order in advance or else we would have done the same). Don't go to this Wendy's if you plan on going through thedrive-thru. Make sure the restaurant is open and pray to God the people there know basic customer service and to efficientlyprovide hot, fresh, fast food. Read more
It was an interesting trip. I think the guy taking the order was new so I had to repeat the order alot and it was pretty simple.... They made the food quick and correct and it was hot and fresh. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were outof small cups so they said they had to charge me for medium. I thought if your out of cups then you should automatically give methe next size up not charge me more. Read more
Good luck getting food from this one, I deliver for a third party company and out of my last 20 visits to this store I have only... been able to successfully pickup 2 orders. I have been fed lines like we are out of food and our fryer is down, and more oftenthan not been told that they are just closed. On my most recent trip today, I pulled up to the speaker box to be told to pull upto the window. Once I pulled up to the window, the girl inside (who was sitting on the counter) waved her hand under her chinwhile mouthing we are closed. If yall are actually closed you should shut the lights off and go home without pay, not collect apay check for telling people that you are closed! Read more

Half the menu wasn?t there (no big beef, etc). Half the drinks weren?t there. We try to make it easy and order the little... nonsense that was there (chicken sandwich) and asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce for the fries and clearly that wasasking for too much. The line is a mile long and the lobby is closed so guess what? You can?t ask them to correct the mistake.Are you kidding me? Just close if it?s too much to get something simple right. I am hoping they just made so much money todaythey ran out of everything (good excuse to me that?s money) otherwise there?s no excuse for having nothing and forgetting to putsauces in the bag.
