The night shift on 10/23 was the worst while door dashing I waited in the drive thru waiting on a door dash which was a $40... order was told that they started cleaning up and would only be able to give the drinks that came with the combo. Who ever wasthe sandwich maker was rude and you can hear her through the window say ?I?m not dropping nothing else? which the managerallowed that behavior. I will be submitting feedback via the website. Order consisted of frostys which they said they wereout?cheese fries they said they were out of cheese..baked potato?s which they said they were out of?they were not out they justdidn?t want to restock as it was close to closing time. Went to get a simple 6 PC nuggets..the young guy picked them up with his hand with glove that looks like he had them on all... morning..I told him I didn't want thos that's why they have tongs to pick them 3with. He poured the nuggets back in ther andgrabbed the tongs and was about to get them again..I was like is there a problem why would you do that, that didn't make anysense. This location is always great but this time... There seems to be no sense of urgency with the girl at the counter. I honestly... have never seen anyone move so slowly. And outright ignore someone asking for a refill. Poor guy waited patiently. But I had totell her to refill his drink before she took my order. I dont know if it's lack of confidence or training, but she needs somemore support. Read more
Waited 30min in the drive thru to place my order. When I payed I had to ask for my change back. Then they messed up both of the... burgers leaving off what I wanted, and putting what I didn't want on, and gave me cold fries. (I live 3min away and will nevergo back). Read more
Ordered on the app, got to the speaker and was left on silent for about 15 minutes. I canceled my order after 2 other cars left... from behind me. I've been here before and it wasn't much better. I won't bother with this location again. Read more
This Wendy's is okay - with quality varying from really good to poor. Just yesterday, we stopped in for breakfast and my kid... discovered mold on the bottom of her bun when she was halfway through eating it. That by far has been our worst experiencethere and not emblematic of the location as a whole, but none the less worth noting. I have got to give it to this Wendy's restaurant located on baymeadows rd across from the reedy branch shopping center! I... visited this particular location 3 days in the same week during August and not only are the staff really great in my opinion butthe quality of the food served ALL 3 VISITS were EXCELLENT and because of that they have created their own lane for ALL of theother local wendy participants to take a couple lessons from. I live over 10 miles away from this particular location but willdefault this Wendy's as MY WENDY'S! The burger was terrible and the customer service was worse. The young man taking the order has zero communication skills and... shouldn?t be working the drive thru. The burger was soggy and who knows how long it had been sitting there. Definitely not freshfast food. Wendy?s used to be a great burger joint back when they first opened about forty years ago in Jax.
