Every time I've ever gone to this Wendy's I've experienced nothing but trouble with the staff they're rude and unprofessional... but this the last time I've never had anything like this happen to me before. I was at the drive-thru I waited for about 10minutes after I pulled up to the speaker for with no no one taking my order when finally someone said they're doing shift changeand I would have to wait longer so I said fine 15 minutes later someone gets on the speaker and and said"we can't take yourorder we're doing shift change You're going to have to leave"I said "that's not how shift change works and I'll wait howeverlong it takes because I came here to get food" she responded by saying "well you're going to be waiting a long time then" I'llwait another 15 minutes still at the speaker still with no one taking my order They finally get on and tell me I need to leavebecause their machine is down and they can't take any orders I told them I didn't believe them but I pulled around anyway when Idid they started taking orders from everyone behind me. I don't know if anybody else had an experience like this here but thisfelt race related. I will never spend any money at any Wendy's ever again. And a highly recommend no one else do so either atleast not the one in oakleaf. Read more

Bought Southwest Avocado. Salad isnt fresh, much of the lettuce already rotten, no avocado. Had to wait for the salad to be... prepared. Cashier didnt give receipt so I can use to return or exchange it in another Wendy?s. Read more

I was very disappointed in my family's last trip there. The food was good but the person working the box and window was very... rude not allowing my mom to even finishing saying what we wanted to order and correct way needed it due to food allergies andwas interrupted not once but twice before she could even finish saying what couldn't be on sandwiches. I respect fast-foodworkers but being interrupted twice while ordering unless they are confirming what was said. Read more

Although there are some nice people here (sometimes). I will not complain without some form of solution. This location really... needs some process improvement. 100% of the time individuals are having to wait extensively for orders and having to pullforward. Get someone in there to train and implement some standardization. Read more

The drive thru at this location is extremely slow, very inaccurate with orders and the quality of the food is not up to par. I... ordered a combo with fries... received old fries. I ordered a Taco salad and only received the chili. I was able to go into thebuilding with another unsatisfied customer to collect the rest of our orders. The floor was covered in grease and there was nosign to inform anyone, including employees of the slick floor. The employees have no pride in their work and that has affectedthe overall quality and experience for the customers. Read more

How does this place have more than one star? Worst service ever! I don?t go to Wendy?s and expect to get treated like I?m at... Ruth Chris, but good lord I?m pretty sure death row inmates get treated better. Absolutely, positively the worst wait timeanywhere. I ordered drive thru, was told to park on the parking lot (along with 5 other cars) waited for 22 minutes and stilldidn?t get my meal. Went inside to ask about my meal and was told to be patient man! Went back to my vehicle for 15 minutes,watched everyone else get there meal went back inside for a refund and Was told I?ll have to wait for the manager who nevershowed up. So I said forget this and left. So I never got the meal I paid for. I thought I was on the show PUNKED. Read more

Look at these nuggets! First of all, I've been here twice and over a month apart and both times they were only accepting... cash. The cashier was rushing me and after I ordered a single food item, he told me my total even though I wasn't done anddidn't even pause. This was in the middle of the day and of course their frosty machine was down as well. When I received thefood, the chicken nuggets and fries were overcooked and obviously had been sitting there for awhile. The burgers were okay. Thedrink I got was root beer but tasted like cherry medicine, so something is off with their drink machine. It seems this Wendy'slocation hasn't been able to recover due to the recent walk-outs and the new hires seem to not care at all. Without any realmanagement, this place is probably an unsafe place to even be consuming food from. I would strongly advise staying away fromthis Wendy's location. Read more

Went through drive thru ordered #2 baconator. Just the sandwich, not the meal. Omfg, photo is the burger I got, a double. This... happened months ago when I went through drive thru and ordered baconator again. That was a single with no veggies. How hard isit to get a friggin burger right? Read more
