These people are the worst there's a diner full of people employees but the door was locked. This was early morning about 2 days... ago the door is open locked in the morning they don't open it until later even though they have staff. I've seen the employeesto upset on the side where the drive-thru is and smoke cigarettes then run in when someone comes to the drive-thru the other daythey pulled me up when they had not one customer to take care of and it was a delivery order it should have already beenprepared ready to hand out of the window unfortunately it wasn't. I pulled up and then was demanded to reverse which I refuse todo they told me that oh no I would do it and I told them that I would not. I called the customer and then customer got incontact with Wendy's and then they told her that she her order was would be up in a little while but it had really already beenmade in already they just were playing games so then they bring the order out about 20 minutes out sad but I have troubles withthis Wendy's all the time Read more
I must review this Wendy's right away!! I just went to place my order through the drive true and the guy's greeting was "we are... in the middle of shift change, please place your order inside". Oh, and on top of that, we couldn't hear him first, and he hadto repeat tree times before we could hear him. In the end, he also said: "it is the third time I tell you". Went to another Wendy's and let me tell you the difference if the one on Cassat. The service was quicker even no other customer... is there. The gave me a receipt and didn't ask me to wait where I paid. Well I had to as I paid and received my food from thesame window. Still, it was a much better experience overall and I will be going there instead. I have also added some picturesas well. The meal is really good. Read more
This is the second and last time I?ve went to this Wendy?s only to pay for food I can?t even eat. My first burger and fries were... cold and dry. I told one of the food preparers I had a bad cold yet she was insistent on taking the burger I bit into backthrough even though the cashier advised her they couldn?t take food back. This pic is the remake? another dry burger and somenasty super greasy refried French fries. As you can see the edges of the cheese are turning orange. I will not eat or pay foranother crumb from this establishment?.they?re too much of a food poisoning risk for me smh. Read more
I'd rather drive further to go to a different Wendy's. First visit, I couldn't even place an order because of the drive-thru... speaker, and was told at the window to drive around and try again - It didnt work and I left. Second visit, service wasextremely slow, was asked to drive forward after paying just to be told to put it in reverse to go back to the same window.Then, one order was missing food, and the other came out wrong. This Wendys is terrible. Will not be going anymore. Its always something with them, either they have a shift change going on,... which we waited for to end and they kept telling us the same thing or they forget something in my order or they aren?t acceptingcard payments, food be cold and old also burnt most of the times. Bad customer service over it all, its just terrible. IF YOUDONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB JUST QUIT! There is other people who would like to work and do a better job. In my opinion they allneed to get fired and hire some new people. Read more
I ordered a Dave's Double with no onions got a single. they remade it but this is how it looks. I guess this is how Wendy's... serves food now also was given a watered down strawberry lemonade that must have been sitting for hours... I'm no longerhungry...I just honestly want my money back....
