Enrique was honestly the worst customer service ever. The screens went down which no one had a problem with. He yelled at... customers and staff. Other staff tried to console him and he continued yelling at them and customers. When I went to leave Itold him to have a blessed day to which he responded to leave because he doesn?t care about us. it?s an understatement to say that i love wawas breakfast options. Recently I haven?t been to fond of the new management that has been working there recently he has been very rude speaking out... loud about his business in the restaurant or I should say gas station while I hear standing in line to pay and on top of that Idon?t like the way he has deliver the food to the car he is taking too long or he just throws it in the window and doesn?tactually hand it to me I don?t find this very professional especially for a big business that I constantly come to every dayalmost seems like the manager doesn?t take his job very serious he should treat customers with some kind of respect and have alittle bit of patience and maybe do his job on time he wouldn?t have to throw peoples food in the window when he is deliveringto curbside next time also keep your children at home no child should be running around while you?re working !! Threw my unwrapped Chicken Burrito into a bag and said, ?here ya go?. Menu was very limited with a piece of paper that said,... ?shortage of staff and there were 5 employees in there? But yes, I will go back and shop there. Most times, they are a goodstore. Read more
I honestly miss the days of dining and eating normally in a restaurant. Oh well end of my sob story. Lately, I have been eating... a lot at home, but tonight I really didn?t feel like cooking, but also I didn?t want to wait a long time for food, so since Iwas in the area due to work, I decided to go in to Wawas and grab a quick bite. My friend who is flight attendant swears by thisplace when she gets home late from a trip. I?ve been to Wawas before to get gas and grab a snack, but today I really walkedaround and saw that this gas station is a little more complex than I thought. I spent at least 15 minutes looking at the varietyof things in the store. There is the traditional side for on the run snacks and drinks to the right of the store. In the middleis where you can order customized food on the kiosk. Then to the left is an area devoted to coffee. I decided to get a clubsandwich and an ice cream sundae (in the dead of winter lol). The food was okay. I kind of wish that I would have triedsomething different, but the good things there are choices. Read more
There are 15 people in line with only one register open the line wrapped around the store I don?t think I will ever come to Wawa... again I suggest you go to gate gas Station or anywhere else but here avoid Wawa their lines are way too long Read more
