Most of the staff members are good but sometimes we see people at checkout counter very disappointing. Their behavior need to be... corrected towards people from outside shopping here. He was not treated as all other customers but he thanked while leaving andthe lady at counter should have learned some behavior after that. Most of the staff greet and checkout nicely here. Read more
Would have gotten 5 starts however there should be options on the kiosks for ppl to choose what kind of milk we would like in... our coffees!I don?t eat dairy and they didn?t have almond milk and I couldn?t get it out of the center stand for the hot coffee!Please consider this an option and for corporate to add certain milk options! Overall ok. Everytime I come in I?m very unimpressed with their selection of sweets and snacks. One of the worst selections from... a big gas station I?ve seen. We couldn?t even find any kind of chocolate that wasn?t off-brand ?chocolate? coated donuts. Veryweird. Everything else is overall ok. Read more
Slow staff. 4 people behind the food counter and only one make sandwiches. They skipped my order and worked on 10 to 15 orders... before starting mine. Took 25 mins to get my food this morning. Insane how bad wawa has gotten these past years. And it's nojust this location it's all like this. Slow under staff or the works don't care. Read more
Don?t know why the 3.7 stars. I go daily, most of the time twice a day to this location: it is by far the best location in... Jacksonville. The coffee is always fresh and the area she takes care of with pride. Cliff and the cooks, they are always sofriendly and on the ball. The cashiers are sweethearts, especially the one that works in the morning. Can?t say enough aboutthem. Five stars all the way. Read more
