Extremely rude. The crusty old white man at the deli counter. Acted like I was such a burden because I had a mobile order that... he didn't see on the screen. Would have been glad to show him the order and the address of the store if he didn't just walk offinto the back. I thought they started paying y'all $15 an hour to get better attitudes? Every single time I go, no matter the time, they don't have any milkshakes. I think someone address this, the drinks are good... and bring in alot of profit I'm sure. Profit that you're missing out on. Read more
Ive worked for wawa before, i know corporate rules. This specific wawa at 1157pm. Claims to have a LIMITED menu for drink and... food, refuses to make fresh hot coffee all due to their reasoning of short staffing issues. However there was THREE employees,just standing behind the register just talking. The wawa store i worked at came close to closing a few nights we really had thestaffing issues, this tore claims to have. But we never once limoted our menu or even refused to make fresh coffee for anybody.Aboslutely no excuse. Read more
WaWas are usually pretty good stores and an excellent place to get ethanol free gas. Their bathrooms are way too small for such... a large store though. To be fair this is a common problem at many places to buy gas. Maybe I should have gave them a five. Read more
This is the absolute most disgusting WaWa much less gas station I have ever visited. The restroom has blood splattered all over... the wall, cotton balls with blood on it, feces on the toilets, used feminine hygiene products hanging out of the trash. Themirrors and sinks looks like they've never been wiped down. The gas pumps & trash cans are filthy, looking like they've neverbeen wiped down, and no windshield cleaning fluid or receipt tape. When asking for the manager, his crew was surprised he wasn'teven wearing a headset and when I tried telling him the bathroom was gross and disgusting, instead of saying he'd get ithandled, he proceeded with excuses of who wasn't at work or didn't show up, etc. I realize the pandemic has caused a lot ofpeople to not show up to work. But there were 2 people at the register (only 1 customer), the manager and another lady in theoffice, and then there's the kitchen crew. Ad a manager, he should have just said he'd handle it, and go clean it himself ifneed be, that's what a manager is for... customer service AND SAFETY, not excuses. Absolutely disgusting! Read more
They have gas, which is what I came for but it's incredibly dirty. There is trash everywhere and this is a relatively new... establishment. They obviously don't have anyone to clean or have a management team that takes cleanliness seriously. It'sfilthy. The concrete hasn't been pressure washed since it opened I don't think. There's grime everywhere. Even the pumps werefilthy. I'm giving it three stars because the staff is usually very friendly. The place itself is run down pretty quickly. Iwouldn't eat anything there based off the cleanliness of the place. This isn't something that happened in a night either. Thisis neglect. Read more
Was there today Nov. 1st 7:52 am. Some dirtbags parked out back came in and stole about 7 or 8 ready made breakfast sandwiches.... Just walked out the back door with them and the employees didn't seem to care. Wasn't even busy. No line. If your employeesdon't care it's a bad sign. Read more
