I order on the app as do coworkers and the orders are always ready as promised. They xan be a little inconsistent. Some days its... too watery, some days its perfect. Some days i can grabbed the bags and i know everything is in the bag but other days i get tothe office and my side that they have to add are missing (not chips or fruit). But that is not always the case. I will onoccassion have a cash order egile picking up other orders and i can call it in and have it ready withe my other orders. At timesthey are busy can't answer the phone so place the order when i get there and the wait is minimal. I will continue to come here. Read more

You have to give a star to leave this review otherwise I would give them that. The store was out of strawberries, kale, and... other items featured in their most popular menu items. I then waited 40 minutes for my order to be told it would be another 15minutes before my order would be complete. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would be 4 to 5 business days or they couldgive me credit for my visit. I would never return to this location. The customer service is awful. Very disappointed with this location and the employees who were working last night. I placed an online order last night, paid... for it, and received a confirmation. My boyfriend went to pick it up and found a handmade ?closed? sign on the door. Theemployees were cleaning inside and made eye contact with him as he tried to get their attention to ask them some questions,which is understandable given the unpleasant surprise, and they ignored him. Shoutout to Ariana on Roosevelt for rerouting myorder to that location, which is almost three times the distance away from my home compared to this shop. It wasn't even worthit at that point. I definitely love the atmosphere of this Tropical Smoothie Location. They have a patio area with a few games that overlook... Hendricks street. I see this being a great place to have a group meeting or meet and hang out on a nice summer day. Of course myfavorite part about them are the delicious smoothies! Waited 15 minutes on my smoothie and when i asked if the certain blender that sat there for 10 minutes was mine, the worker... replied with ?i dont know? then complained to fellow coworker about wanting to get off and went on her phone. Will not bereturning. Read more
