Every time I order a pickup order they never put in the side item I requested which is usually a banana or apple. When that... happens I will ask about it and will usually get a "we ran out" response so I have to instead get chips. At this point when Iorder pickup and don't get an apple or banana as requested I just don't even bother asking for it because they just don't care.I also ordered a veggie hummus one time but for some reason it had chicken in it. Recently I got a smoothie but there was justso much ice at the bottom that it was almost impossible to drink it without getting ice stuck in the straw. Also, the drive thruline is always backed up. I have been debating on if I wanted to post my review because I tend to frequent the establishment however after this incident I... will not be returning nor my family who may also leave a review. While there are many amazing people working here that I adorethis situation was completely unexuseable. The way the manager I believe his name was Steven. He was completely rude anddisrespectful. While I was trying to place the order he kept stopping my order to ask the worker to do something. The first timeI was ok with it figured it?s important. Once we got to the 3rd and 4th time I was completely exhausted and expressed myfrustration with his constant interruptions bumbarding the young worker with a honey do list ! In which his response to me was?You can wait? and he swirled around and continued to hound the worker. The poor worker seems so stressed. Once Steven walkedaway the worker apologized many times. I placed my order and was going to leave but I felt like there needed to be somethingdone about Steven. I asked the worker for the managers name and contact. This was my go to.. I ate here prob 2x a week. The food and smoothies are great but they are pretty slow. Recently one employee... was rude when my order didn't make it there from online and I was asking to put another order in. They completely ignored me andkept helping other customers. And then the supervisor berated me because I "didn't have a phone" which I had left in my vehicle.I won't be going back and that sucks because I really like eating there. Read more

I am at Tropical Smoothie now, after sitting in the long line, I skipped the order window (under the weather), so once I... realized my mistake, I started tapping my horn trying to get her attention.
