Today, it took 6 minutes to move like an inch forward?6 minutes for two cars to move forward and get their order. Over ten... minutes to actually get my smoothie. Not okay? why have a drive-thru if it is that slow? Easier just to walk in. Every time Icome here, the drive-thru is super slow. If you?re in a rush, don?t go through the drive-thru. We liked this location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We order both island flat bread and two smoothie (Bahama Mama... and the new RED SANGRIA SMOOTHIE). The food and smoothies were amazing. Definitely will go to this location again. Read more

I love Tropical Smoothie, I do. But every time I go through this drive-thru, especially later at night, their smoothies are... extremely watered down. I ordered a Jetty Punch, as I usually do, and it tasted like bitter water. I was craving a smoothie allday and was heavily disappointed. My friends have had similar experiences here, so I probably won?t be going here anymore (notthat my service was doing you a service, just not fond of spending $7 for a water). I go here to get smoothies all the time. I usually go inside and order, but this time went through the drive through. Ordered a... smoothie for 6 bux and the guy at the window asks if I'd like to tip. It's a drive through so it's a bit strange, but whatever Itell him to put 20% tip on there. I've been inside so I know there are buttons which auto calculate 10, 15, and 20%. I get myreciept and buddy put a $2.00 tip on there. This is not a huge deal to me except that's not what I authorized. And when u thinkabout it if you consistently do this to people it can accumulate a lot of money. Management needs to monitor this. I used to love this place for all my smoothie needs. I went back a few days ago for a couple of smoothies;however, i get to the... box and order my smoothies as usual. One of my drinks is not written on the menu but they were always able to make it cause itwas simple, but this day I get to the window and the price changed from the original 13 something to 14 something. I pause andask why it went up to be told that i was charged a 1 and change extra because my drink was not on the menu when in the past theywould choose one close to it and substitute the ingredients. I was annoyed at this because this should either be on their menuor they should tell people at the order box so there aren't any surprises. It is the principle of it all that got me. So if youorder a drink you always ordered and they would make but it is not on the menu there is a fee on top of the original order. Read more

I took two of my grandbabies here the other day, I purchased the Island Green. It's always amazing and it's so healthy! I can... give it to the 9-month-old and I can give it to the 5-year-old. We did the drive-thru and there was a long wait. Myfive-year-old fell asleep before we got our order, so he didn't get a chance to drink his until the next day. I brought my own cup and asked before ordering if I could get the smoothie in my cup to avoid styrofoam & single use plastic. I... was told that was fine by the cashier, then the employee making my drink said she could make it, give it to me (in the styrofoamcup), and I'd pour it in my own cup. I told her I no longer wanted the smoothie. She had already made it, so of course I took itsince I had already paid and the plastic was already used. Considering Tropical Smoothie used to have their own reusable cup,I'm not sure why this was such an issue. I will not support a company that cares so little about the environment especially whenI provided an easy way for them to avoid styrofoam without them spending anymore money. Read more
