For better or worse your experience may vary...I've driven by this place several times since they set up shop and there's always... a line out of the door pro tip: get there right at open. We arrived 5 minutes before noon at Sunday and we were second in lineby the time doors unlocked. It also helps knowing what you want before you get to the cashier. Ordering is super quick but ittakes +5 minutes to get your order. arriving early also ensures you have a seat to wait. Grab lots of napkins and enjoy. Thereis a jar washing station if you do get a souvenir jar. Their plastic milk shake cups fit the jar perfectly if you need to takethe jar to go. We would definitely return especially with out of town guests but I will be early. Read more

The ice cream - Great flavors for the ice cream. Their speciality mason jar concoctions are amazing. They are going to be up... there in price but we?ll worth it for amount you?re receiving along with getting to keep the Manson jar. The venue - Don?texpect to bring a full party to this location. After reading both negative and positive reviews my fiance and I decided to try it out for ourselves. We were happy we didn't... listen to the negative reviews. There was a little wait but once you get in you order right away. Everyone was so nice, the girlat the front door was happy to answer questions. Yes the shakes are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The glass wasnearly overflowing with shake and the treats on top were delicious. There is even a spot to rinse your cups so you can take themhome clean. We will definitely be coming back for a date night again. Read more

We had a great time here. The milkshakes were amazing! I thought the prices were very reasonable considering what you get.

Overall was a good experience, the shake was great and it wasn't too crowded! It's definitely costly, so keep that in mind when... visiting. But I think for a one time visit, it's worth it. Some of the staff could definitely be trained better on customerservice, two of them seemed off... One of the employees didn't acknowledge me/ignored me when I asked for a sample. What an awesome addition to the town center! There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating available. It?s a little crowded... because of the grand opening and the staff walks around to make sure you don?t need anything while you are waiting for yourorder.
