Andrea is an asset to the restaurant! She didn't miss a beat. The place was totally slammed: one server minding all the tables... on the floor; the other server minding the cash register, telephone to-go orders, and DoorDash orders also for to-go. Bothservers did an amazing job running food and clearing tables with all the other duties they had going on simultaneously. Morepeople came in and replaced the people that just freed up a table. I would have lost my damn mind trying to keep up with all ofthat, but the staff handled everything with grace and my food was hot and delicious. Thank you all for a great experience. Read more
I had the pork and sausage as they were out of the turkey with fries and baked beans, pork was deliciously smoked and moist.... Sausage was good as well but not blow you out of the water. The surprise of the meal was the baked beans as most places arejust doctored up baked beans but these were definitely made in house and weren't too sweet. My wife had the beef and sausage,beef again was deliciously smoked but could have used a touch more seasoning on it for our tastes. Her mac and cheese was creamyand rather well done. I had high hopes but sadly they were dashed. My husband ordered through Door Dash. The food looked great. I ordered ribs with... hush puppies and green beans. My husband ordered the mixed meat plate with baked beans and mac and cheese. My order - the hushpuppies and green beans were awesome! The ribs were very sad! So sad that I didn't taste any seasonings and I seriously don'tbelieve the were completely cooked. There was so much fat still in the ribs that it was scary. Now on to my husband and hisorder. He said his sides were good. His meats all tasted dry with no juiciness whatsoever. I just hope and pray everything wascompletely cooked. I don't need food poisoning. Read more
I did the large rib dinner and it was all burned bones. No meat on the ribs. They wouldn?t even issue a refund.
Tried to call in my order for pick up - was on hold 13 minutes - walked in while still on hold - 3 people @1 table - the only... customers! My food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered 3 rib dinner to go. I really enjoy coming here, the food never disappoints. The mac and cheese is delicious and the bread. The sauces are good as... well but i?m never sure which is which. Labeling them would be nice so I actually know the name of them but other than that,this place is amazing. Read more
