When it comes to burgers I like mine extremely charred, yes burnt. When I go to other restaurants they don't listen to me and... serve it the way the chef cooks it. The Loop listened and gave me exactly what I asked for, that's pretty rare these days andthankfully my burger was not. Thank you Loop????? Read more

Burger had no taste and was overdone, bun was flat and toasted too much. 1 very thin small piece of Swiss cheese. Fries were... lukewarm and not done as usual. Staff said only 2 people there, well that's not my problem, oh wait! I guess it was as food wasway way below par. Very disappointing. Read more

Really great burgers. The ice machine a rather aggressive (in a funny way).. I was not expecting the ice to rush out so... quickly... funny... The burger was cooked to order, the fries were delicious. The salads are a good size and fresh.. No onein our party wanted to order pizza so we will go back and review that next time. We like the Loop! You order at the counter and are notified when it's ready. They have a lot of different sandwich options and... pizza. They can accomodate for gf and have a gf bun and can bake the fries. My husband had an Asian wrap with white chickenchili and loved them. A nice take on "fast food." Read more
My lady and I came here for the first time. Nice little gem. Counter service joint. I got the BBQ bacon cheddar burger with... steak fries. Not sure what seasoning was on the burger, I was able to taste chili powder, but it was delicious. The French onionsoup, tomato soup & onion rings was pretty good as well. The pizza was decent, though I would say the sauce can use some moreflavoring. Overall we will come again as we enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the people. Read more
