Everything I've had there has been really good. I'm sad they no longer sell the veggie melt ciabatta at this location but today... I tried the 8 inch five cheese pizza ( mozzarella, goat, bleu, feta, parmesan) with pesto sauce instead of tomato. It came to$11.89 and pics are attached. We used to loved The Loop? now is like Bruno from the movie encantó? we don?teven mentioned the name loop probably for the last two full years. It?s clear the lack of management committed to provide usThe Costumer, a great experience with both costumer service and food quality. The lack of this both critical attitudes makesthis place a big fat ugly joke? Employees with this kind of wrong attitudes to costumers should be fired on the spot, noquestions ask. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and soup. I asked for ?med-well? which is a step above ?well? meaning slightly pink. I... received burnt on the outside completely raw ground beef in the inside, soggy bun and burnt to black bacon. I couldn?t eatanything. I?m shocked they sent this out for someone to eat.
