Normally a pleasant experience, today was a different case?almost got home and realized my side of blue cheese chips and steak... fries were so small I took it as an insult, if you are gonna put 8fries in my box you can just sell the burger alone for acheeper price or something.. just frustrating I?ve gotta cook fries at home to add to my Togo and the whole point of coming herewas avoiding cooking. Besides all this I ordered a Oreo shake noticed it looked like chocolate at the restaurant, they insuredme it was Oreo but sure enough first sip, chocolate and no cookie bits. If your old enough to remember when the only LOOP restaurant was in San Marco, then we are on the same page. I should have... written this review a long time ago because this chain has been such a part of the history of gourmet pizzas, big thickhamburgers, hand dipped milk shakes and big dinner salads for decades. The menu has always comprised so many variations on anyof the above that every one in your crew should be able to find something they will like. And I want you to trust me on this onething and don?t be shy about it. If you order anything and it comes out under cooked or you are not happy with it, walk it rightback to the counter and they will gladly correct any issue you have. Come to eat here with a group on Saturday nights. Salads are the best part of the menu to me. Good for large groups. They... usually have televisions on so you can see the night sports event. I ordered a pizza and was told that it would be ready in six minutes... At 15 minutes it still wasn't ready and when I told the... cashier I had to leave, suddenly it was ready to go. I know 15 minutes is a reasonable time to make a pizza... My issue is thatthe store misrepresented the time and then acted like they couldn't care less...
