Burger was awesome but the pizza was super wet and soggy

When making a decision about lunch today my friend and I really wanted The Loop french fries with some mayo. We always get this... at every location with no issues. I normally use DoorDash for lunch but The Loop was not offered through them. However,wanting this so badly for some reason, we chose not to use Doordash for something else and actually go out of our way to go toThe Loop at the San Jose Place location and pick it up. Now, this may not seem like a super big deal to anyone other thanmyself and for that I am sorry. Today my friend and I purchased our lunch from this location. Spending $23.00 (just for mylunch that is) and not being accommodated for something as insignificant as mayonnaise is completely ridiculous. We purchasedburgers, fries and shakes and even an order of extra fries which on their own turned out to be undercooked, cold and unsalted. Very disappointing. My burger was ordered with extra mayo and it was not even provided with what a regular serving would havebeen. I am going to assume that there may be a mayonnaise shortage at this location. We asked for a side cup of mayo and wereinformed that this store does not do that. Does not do that? I asked for this mayo because I do not eat ketchup. I use it formy french fries, the way others use ketchup. Not understanding the refusal, we asked to speak with a manager. The employeeassisting us says that she was the manager then she further indicated that we could not have the extra mayonnaise. Could not?My friend offered to pay for the extra mayo, even up to $5.00, and she still refused and said she would not allow it. As I sithere typing this up, I feel as if this is the most ridiculous complaint I have ever had to provide. I really wish someone to atthe very least, please tell me why such a simple request was refused so adamantly. Please help me to understand. We enjoyed the loop! You order at the counter. They have gluten free options available and a variety of sandwiches and pizza. My... husband had the Asian chx wrap and white chicken chili which he loved. I had the burger with a gf bun and baked fries. Nice takeon "fast food". Read more
