We ordered a 8 to 8.99 lb Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving dinner. We planned on picking it up from the location but the website... did not give us that option and pushed us to the 3 delivery services so we ordered it thru Uber eats to be delivered on Wenafternoon. The appointed time came and went and when we went back to review the order we found that it had been cancelledwithout our knowledge or consent. The situation was made worse when we called the Honey Baked Store the phone rang continuouslyand once it was acknowledged was put on automatic hold for @15minutes without a single human contact. I understand that this isa busy time of year for them but their actions left me with a Thanksgiving dinner for 10 with out a meat entrée. They told me to come in and get a ham too late for a reservation. Got there security asked if I had a reservation and said no... so she said I couldn't go in. Well you know I told her it is a public place and I went in and they me to leave and I said No.Where is the manager? So he told me No. His name was Rick. I explained I called on Thursday and the person on phone told me tocome in. He ended up getting me a ham at the cost of $ 79.76. I called Corporate office and they said no one could answer mycall to call back later. Bad service and I am sure I will follow up with Corporate even if I have to send a certified letter. Read more

Well, I'd love to give them 5 stars as I've ordered from this location before but this time it's 1 star (actually 0 if I could).... I placed a pickup order yesterday for a pickup between 10:30-11AM. I arrived around 10:45 AM and all the lights were on butthe door was locked, the sign they put outside was blocking the inside exit door and there was no one (emp) inside. I guesslike all businesses they either couldn't get anyone to work today or whoever was on decided he/she was going to take the dayoff. Too bad for the San Jose location. I'll be ordering about $80 worth of Thanksgiving day food in a few weeks. TheBlanding location in Orange Park will get my business again this year. Read more

Recently visited the The Honey Baked Ham on San Jose Blvd. to order take out ham sandwiches and sides. The ham had a different... taste not the same as other times it was ordered. The croissant was hard and had to be cut in half to eat it. Ham/crossiantordered at different times was always light and not so hard to eat. Ordered sweet tea and ended up with non sweet. The cookieswere the best part of the order. I was disappointed in the quality of the food. Maybe lunch time is the best time to orderinstead of mid afternoon to get fresher food. Read more
