Don't let the fact that the decor looks like it came straight out of a GTA game deter you. These sammiches were so good, my... buddy and I went again the day after to have more before we left Jax. Both the regular, rye and pumpernickel bread sammiches Ihad were toasted to perfection. The young lady at the griddle did it right. The biggest issue is only having a limited amountof room in my stomach, so I had to narrow my selection to just 1 sammich at a time. The people that work there are real chillas well and are having fun with being there. I want to take a trip to Jax with my whole family in tow so they can try the grubhere as well. You know what you're going to get when you have Grilled Cheese sandwich, so you have to nail the textures right. They do a great... job with that here. The toast is always at a good level of crunch. And so far with every sandwich I've had you can tasteeverything they put in it; nothing gets lost. Location is small, but it looks good and clean. Above all, the service is good. Idon't think I've ever had a moment where I didn't feel welcome. And their parmesan fries are awesome. They do a great job withtheir fries. They're not soggy, again at the right level of crunch. Honestly munched down on the food without remembering to take photos Buuuuutttttt.. will definitely go back soon and add them to... this post! The combinations they figured out to elevate grilled cheese.. who would have dreamed as a kid eating Kraft Americanslices melted onto white bread that this could even be a thing???Not this girl!
