If you visiting the Cummer Museum, you need to stop by at the Cummer Cafe. This place deserves 10/10 from me. The Cummer Cafe is... one of the most wonderful place you need to try out. Me and my girlfriend went to the Cummer Museum and stop by at the CummerCafe for dinner. This place will be one of my favorite spot in town from now on. The reason why I said that it?s because of thefoods, the drinks, the vibe, and the service was amazing. We did outdoor dining because there a lives preformance music, it waswonderful to see people preforming while we having dinner. I need to thank to Louis the manager at the cafe and Nhi our servermaking us having a wonderful dinner. We got recommend from Nhi our wonderful server the crab cake and cheese bread for starterand Salmon risotto, chickens sandwiches for our meal. The desert was phenomenon I wish I could have a room for another plate ofthe dessert. We did not forget about the drink, Espresso Martini (no need to describe) just try it. They make fresh espresso forthe drink, I love the smell of it. I need to come back here again, I wish I have know this place sooner. I?ll be back again soonwith all my friends in Jacksonville. One of the most disappointing food experience. Menu descriptions led one to believe the food was pleasing. This was not the... case. Cobb Salad with dried out chicken, Adult Grilled Cheese, consisted of basic toasted white bread and what appeared to beKraft cheese slices and a thin layer of pesto. Mezze platter pita, not naan. The best thing was the wine offering. At 60.00$plus for the quality left us scratching our heads. We can not recommend the cafe. Read more

Great atmosphere. Live music. Good food. Tuesday and Friday free admission. I'm definitely coming back for more of the exhibits.

Rating only for cleanliness of patio as we did not stay to eat.... only a few open tables. The mister fan creates a soak zone... for 2 of the tables, and the few that were open had crumbs on top and spilled milk underneath. Staff was friendly but too fewpeople serving and cleaning. Menu looked interesting and reasonably priced. This was Tuesday.... but only a regular menu, notapas which was a bummer. Read more

I had the vegan mezze platter for starters and the vegan black bean quinoa burger as an entree. Everything was delicious. The... happy hour $5 wine special was well paired with my meal. Food presentation was appealing to the eye. They have a nice patioseating, but during the heat and humidity season, I prefer the air conditioned cafe. Service was professional. Since it is afancier cafe, it is pricier. Read more

Holy shitake mushroom! The loaded breakfast potatoes were a perfect balance of bell peppers, creamy avocado, a sweet teryaki... glaze, just a hint of spice, salted potato, wilted spinach and shitake mushrooms that are prepared to taste like bacon. This isa dish to remember. One of the best potato hashes I've found in Jax and it's a staple I order at every restaurant that offersit. The excellent expresso wasn't bitter but still bold. The perfect sized cup of tomato bisque soup floats one large Boursincheese crouton and fresh basil placed in the middle. The service with Denyse was also excellent. She was very familiar with themenu and could answer detailed questions asked of the menu's minute ingredients. The live solo guitarist, comfortable yetstylish seating, adequately sized two tops that were still intimate enough to hold the hand of your date and calming ambiencevery suitable for a museum transported us back to our times of leisurely dining in the small streets of Barcelona. The venueoffers both indoor and outdoor seating and surprisingly is open on weekdays too. The Cummer Cafe is a hidden gem of Jacksonvilleand one that we will be visiting much more frequently. Especially on the Museum's free first Saturday of each month. Read more
