Iced coffee was ok, but staff seemed confused when I asked for cold brew.

Please don?t call yourself a coffee house when the employees don?t know how to make coffee. Take off the frappes option off the... cite and menu if people don?t know how to make them. Paid for a frappe and was given an ?iced latte? that tasted like they addedice to hot coffee. The worst! Won?t be returning. Read more

My good experience started before we even entered the coffee shop. A very kind gentleman helped us find our way when we got... turned around inside the building, and it turns out he worked there! The staff was very warm and welcoming. On top of that, their coffee and breakfast bowl was DELICIOUS. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for making our trip toJacksonville that much sweeter! (: Read more

Always delicious. This is a Friday morning staple for our office, but it is good any day of the week. Staff is very friendly and... quick to take your order. Food always hot and fresh. Read more

Where to begin? The Brick is an oasis in an otherwise dearth of downtown lunch options. The specials are always on point and... varied. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. Doing over 100 lunches daily in this tiny little place without makingcustomers have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes for your food is quite impressive! My only complaint is that I wish they wereopen on Saturdays so that I don't have to blindly wander the downtown streets in desperate search for a decent lunch. Read more
