I've been here several times and I have always had a great experience. The food is always delicious, the staff is always... friendly and professional and the atmosphere is always pleasing. Today I met my son and daughter-in-law for lunch and tried theSnowcrest Sandwich with the fried chicken breast. I wasn't disappointed! The chicken was a large portion and it tasted verygood! We stopped here for lunch to recuperate from furniture shopping. It was our first time here so we weren't sure what to expect,... but the warm, cozy interior won us over as soon as we shuffled through the revolving door. We were greeted warmly and promptlyseated. I recommend the booths as they are separated from each other and provide a nice intimate bit of privacy. Everything onthe menu looked good and it took us a while to decide, but our server was patient and very friendly, checking up on us withoutbeing annoying. We ordered three sandwiches: two Red Rocks, one with a grilled chicken breast and the other a bison burger, andone Green and Hot with a grilled chicken breast. Sides were a kale salad and two 50-50's - half fries, half onion rings. Let mestart with the sides first. The fresh cut fries were absolute perfection. Hot, delicious, and not over-salted. The onion ringswere a must have. Lightly breaded , nicely seasoned, and not greasy at all. Best onion rings I've ever had. You can also getthem as an appetizer. The kale salad was surprisingly vibrant with flavor, gently drizzled in a robust vinaigrette that justmade it taste fantastic. The sandwiches: OUTSTANDING! The grilled jalapeno in the Green and Hot lived up to it's name, providing a cheeky spice that literally had tears running down my cheeks past the big smile on my face. The chicken in thesandwiches was so tender and moist, nicely char-grilled, that I stopped regretting my dieterary decision to avoid a burger. Idid taste the bison burger, though, and have to say it was very lean but also full of flavor, and the assortment of condimentson all the sandwiches just bonded together and filled my mouth with joy. We'll definitely be back here perhaps to try one ofthe entrees. The steaks sound super-delicious! Read more

First bison burger for me and it was good! They have a nice list of specialty burgers available with beef or bison patties.... Service was great. Not enough beers on tap though. Aside from the list of burgers the menu is fairly small. Read more

This is an amazing restaurant! From the decoration, to the food, to the service. It was flawless! This restaurant specializes... on Bison Meat, which delicious and also one of the best meats you can eat. Lots of benefits! We came in on a Monday around 6:45pm with reservations for a party of 9. We showed up, walked in, no wait time, they had our table all set and ready to go. Thehostess and our waitress were both very friendly and professional. Our waitress Angelica, gave us some excellent recommendationsfor our dinner and dessert! She was very attentive and helpful. Her service was superb! From the chicken salads, to the bisonburgers, to the French fries, and the dessert, everything was so good! The bison meat was very well cooked and seasoned, it wasjuicy and fresh. The chicken salad was also amazing, we could taste the freshness of all the ingredients. They offer insideseating only, it is a very nice restaurant inside, very casual! Excellent for groups or for just an party of two. Atmosphere isjust perfect, not too loud, and not to quite! We definitely enjoyed our time there! Hope we get to come back to Jacksonvillesoon and eat here again! Read more

I haven't been to Ted's in a very long time. It was date night and it was my guy's first time dining at Ted's. He enjoyed an... Elderberry margarita and the Bison brisket and I enjoyed the Cedar plank Salmon. The center of my Salmon was a bit undercookedand mushy ???? my guy agreed with me. I just didn't eat that portion. Our waitress was energetic, friendly and explained certainmenu items very well. I was disappointed to hear they longer serve the Salmon burger. It was my favorite and it was neverovercooked and moist. Read more

I love Ted’s in general and I have never been disappointed. I’m actually allergic to beef, but I can have bison so I seek... out Ted’s when I travel too. This is my home Ted’s and I come here at least every other month. Their Bison brisket isamazing every time. My family has ordered things other than bison and we always leave happy and satisfied. Don’t skip thedrinks either, I love their Lemon Drop martinis or have an old fashioned with Buffalo Trace bourbon. Extra special on this visitwas Jamie at the bar with a smile and my regular server Tiffany always makes it feel like I’m at home. Read more
