Can?t stand this location. Ordered a taco party pack, 2 Doritos Locos tacos and 2 Chalupas. They charged us for and gave us the... party pack, the Doritos tacos and 2 Quesadillas. When we told them we should have two chalupas instead of the quesadillas theysaid ok and asked us to pull around to wait in the reserved parking. The guy brought the 2 chalupas and informed us we nowneeded to pay for the chalupas as well that they messed up on. When questioned why we should pay for them if they charged us fortwo items we didn?t even ask for, they kept insisting we needed to pay for them even though they messed up. Terrible customerservice. Had the nerve to ask for the quesadillas back that we paid for, on top of paying for the additional chalupas they neverrang up. Read more
I ordered 2 taco bell meals and 2 kfc meals. My orders were were handed 15 mins apart. And the my taco bell order I only got 1... of the 2 meals. When i asked for the 2nd meal the prep person (mgr on shift) waited to finish the other orders then asked for areceipt for proof that it was paid for, 1st pay attention to the order when it is in front of you. Keep in mind you we checkedthe bag and pointed out what was missing in front of cashier upon receipt. The the mgr after questioning in the back loud enoughto hear came out to see who it was until she laid her eyes on my husband and said nothing. Then we get to eatting the food. Soburrito supreme bean was spread nice, cheese spread nice, sour cream, beef and tomato all scrunched up in a corner. It was thesame with the tacos and chalupas. Even when the mall was better at getting the food together. The fried chicken batter was a bitburnt outside but the inside was good. It would have been nice all our foods be the same temp come out at the same time and notquestion and act like we were wrong asking for what we paid for. And the customers after us their order was messed up. I didnot see any drive thru complaints in the time i was there but 2 orders inside, come on.... get it together. So there isn?t much to say about fast food for me. You know what you are getting and I got what I asked for. I often ask for... custom stuff. Taco Bell is asking for no fiesta strips in my spicy chicken ranch wrap, which they did. But what was great wasthat this was a Taco Bell and KFC combo so you can get a mix and match. Which I went ahead and got a bit of Mac and cheese formy car ride. However I wasn?t a huge fan of the mac and cheese, though I don?t often get it so I am unsure if it was preferenceor not. Though my order came out fast, correct and in a friendly manner. I would go by here again if I happen to need a quickmeal in this area. Read more
Really quick! I don't recall ever waiting very long at this particular Taco Bell, even when the lunch lines are EXTREMELY long.... The staff here just seem very quick and efficient. They're also accurate, as every customized order item I've ever asked for wasactually correct, something I'm not used to with fast food lol Read more
