Updated review 6/19/22 half naked employee with her belly all on the counter no hairnet looking a hot mess, I was trying to talk... to my wife but the employees were talking so loudly we had to leave. Very ghetto.nasty nasty OLD REVIEW I come here very oftenand the food is great and fresh, service is usually decent. Except today there was a middle-aged black man working behind thecounter who had a attitude the second we walked in and proceeded to be rude and make snappy remarks while I ordered my sandwich.Sometimes I feel the need to remind folks that I didnt pick their job for them, and it isnt my fault you work at subway, getanother job if your so unhappy it affects your work ehthic and customer service skills. Update as of May 4th: No more mandatory masks! Unlike other nearby subways, they accept coupons. After reading other... reviews: Staff isnt rude, they're funny. Maybe unless you're rude. Went to order a sandwich and as soon as I entered they said I had to wear a mask. The mask mandate is over you don?t even have... to wear them on planes. I mentioned this to the manger and she said well it?s subways policy. I said what subways she said thisone. Poor customer service. Young black lady there is very rude. She had an attitude that made me and my family feel uncomfortable.... She acted like she didn't want to be doing her job. She was sitting down at one of the tables with someone when we walked in buthad to get up to serve me and my family of 3. As she was serving us, She kept rushing me and my family, she barely gave us aminute to figure out what we wanted to order. we were the only ones in line up until the last sandwich. But she would tell us tospeak up very rudely with no nice manners. When i didn't speak up louder the first time she turned to the young black guy(he waswearing glasses) next to her that she was working on shift with and rollered her eyes at him. Like she was annoyed. I swear weweren't bad customers. she could of been more polite asking for our orders when trying to get us in and out.
