Tell me that doesn't look good....???? This is the best subway I've been to so far in Jacksonville. First of all the young lady... that made my sub was very patient, kept a smile the whole time and was even joking with her manager ???????? I just went to this Subway and it was the worst experience that I?ve ever had at a Subway. First off, the girl that waited on me... had to ask me three times what kind of bread I wanted. Each time she asked me she said OK like she understood me but was sodistracted with another employee she kept asking. Then I had to tell her twice what I wanted for a sandwich. Then on top of thattheir soda machine had no ice but I proceeded to buy a soda since I was taking my sandwich home and can put ice in it at home.The girl told me the soda was cold at self anyway, it was not. Also someone who seem to be the store manager announce to thisother coworker in front of people in the store that she was going out on a cigarette break. That is so Unprofessional anddisgusting. You don?t need to announce to your customers that you?re going on a cigarette break. Oh and to add? They were out ofblack olives, And I wanted them on my sandwich. Worst subway ever! Read more

I work six days a week, ten hours a day on my feet, so a quick sub on my way home is always an easy choice instead of cooking. ... All I can say is Jorge is an absolute pleasure to see every time I stop in. Sure, they run outta stuff, I mean we're in aNationwide shortage people, be chill. Sandwich was ok, could've been better , but the drink dispenser was low on syrup for all the drinks and the sweet tea was sugar... water, I decided to change my drink out for a bottle of juice from the fridge and the fridge was room temperature!
