Service had always been pretty decent but today I found out they won't provide you a cup for water because they want you to buy... a bottled water. The soda machine had the water option, how hard is it to provide small, inexpensive plastic cups? I probablywon't be back after today. Read more
Food is fine and service is good .. But the nickel and diming policies on drink refills, water cups (they won't give one) and... fighting to get napkins are an affront to paying customers. They do not have napkins available unless you ask,... They usuallyinclude 2 with your meal. They do not provide water cups, forcing a bottled water purchase. Today, I saw a construction workereat his meal and then go outside for a cigarette... He walked back in 5 minutes later and they forced him to pay 1.50 for arefill because he 'stepped outside'. A business that disrespects its customers in such petty ways doesn't deserve theirpatronage. Read more
This subway is AMAZING!!!! All the staff is SO friendly and is GREAT with their regulars. We always come to this specific subway... just for the service and the get to see our favorite employees. Awesome Subway and awesome dining experience every time! Read more

This is probably the only Subway that does not have the daily 6" lunch special for $6.00. They never have any specials posted.... Definitely worth driving to another Subway with a different owner. I am at JOI 3 times a week and will never step foot in thisplace again! Read more
I was totally not pumped about putting Subway in my gps to find that the closest location to me was inside an Orthopedics... office, BUT WAS IT WORTH getting over the funkiness of my brain?s finickiness of what I want to do and don?t want to do. SUPERclean(even down to the food bar they pull from to make your sandwich; Everything was fresh (no stale bread, super gooey cookiesand even my tomatoes were pretty. My favorite was the smile on the gentleman?s face that started my sandwich and his willingnessto just make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you! Read more
