Very expensive to get a subway combo now. You are better off getting a quality Publix sub at these prices or firehouse. The... workers were as accommodating as possible as they always have been over the years arlt this location. I can no longer frequentsubway as it's not consumer cost friendly anymore. Read more

Ordered my wraps online and paid for at 4:20, my wraps weren't made until 6:45 pm. He refused to make my paid for wraps as long... as he had customers inside. He tried to send my daughter to another Subway to get them to make it and they informed her; itdoesn't work that way. She finally brought my wraps to me at work at 7pm. Never again Subway!!!!!!!!! My friend and I went to the Subway on Merrill Road got lunch on Sunday after church because the weather was about to turn bad... and we wanted to take our food home so we could enjoy it more. I got a footlong chicken onion teriyaki with red onion andlettuce and tomato and honey mustard and onion sauce and my friend got one of the new menu items. He got a footlong garlicchicken sandwich with the same veggies and sauce that I got by his was on a wheat roll. I always try to have coupons with me touse, but this time I didn't have them, but the following Tuesday, I got them in the mail. I will use them when I go again. Read more

I went in to order and there was a woman ahead of me for a big order. He was just putting the last ingredients on the sandwich.... The employee, Jeremy, was just trudging along with no urgency. He actually at one point walked to the back for about 2 minutesand came back with nothing in his hands. (Me originally thinking that he was getting replacement goods for the front counter)the line was about 5 people deep and another young woman walked in and asked if her mobile order was ready. He rudely respondedand said that the mobile order was not here and you need to go. She tried ask where it could?ve gone and he responded withanother place and then said bye and stopped talking to her. When I finally had my sandwich made he went to the register andtyped with the gloves he used to make the sandwich and then left to go back and make the next persons sandwich WITH THE SAMEGLOVES HE USED TO TOUCH THE DIRTY SCREEN. That is very unhealthy and unsanitary. After he set up the payment for the card heleft to help others and did not say anything else to me. All in all it took 25 min for me to get my sandwich, and Jeremy wasthe only worker and was moving like molasses.
