Amazing service, fresh food and clean plaace. Definitely a stop everything in Mayport
First of all both employees were on their phones. Secondly they were out of all bread except white & wheat. I think the guy put... one piece of cheese on my sandwich and was super stingy with the veggies, I ask for Italian and they were out of Italiandressing. Then I asked to make my sub a meal and he said the soda and tea machines were both not working. How is this locationstill open? General manager was super rude, kicked this woman out because she had a service dog and said that dogs were not allowed. You... cannot kick service dogs out of anywhere I believe it?s a federal law. I am also in food service and have been told multipletimes your are not allowed to question, but overall she was just really rude to this lady to the point I wanted to go up andapologize to her I felt horrible. She was extremely unprofessional in this situation and even talked with me and my boyfriendand this other woman in there about it after she left and said that she?s the general manager so what she says goes which isn?tnecessarily the case. This subway never has good service and or ingredients to make the subs it?s never fully stocked up I?ve been 5 times hoping it... would get better in the last three months and it hasn?t I wish they would get someone over to this location to make the changesit needs because it?s so close to my house but unfortunately if I?m gonna get a sub I?m gonna have to go elsewhere due to lackproduct availability and poor customer service! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST subway I've EVER been to. I only have 30 min. For lunch....my coworkers asked me to order their... lunch, as well. When I order the 5 sandwiches ...I was told (not in a nice/polite way) that The sandwiches had to be pre orderedonline. It was NOT busy . there were 2 employees. An older lady and the manager...Jamie or Janey.. Not sure ...either way Ihave NEVER been treated as poorly as I was at this subway. What happened to good ole customer service? Not only did I NOT getlunch for myself and coworkers but wasted my whole lunch break TRYING! HONESTLY it was not just missing lunch for 5 of us butwhile waiting ....had to listen to these 2 cursing. Very bad place to go out to eat, The guy there is very slow and very depressed looking. And when we go to check out I expected... to get my receipt in my change back for buying two subs but he closes the register and tells me and my girlfriend that theregister locked up and we can?t get our money back or a receipt. He tells us to come back later when a managers their so my girlfriend goes back to try to get are money back and they tell her to contact corporate. So we try to contact corporate and can?tget no reply back, so basically we got stole from a big company that?s supposed to take care of costumers. And the guy was notwearing a mask so I would not eat the food from their, it?s all contaminated from the employees breathing on the food.
