Amazing service, fresh food and clean plaace. Definitely a stop everything in Mayport
First of all both employees were on their phones. Secondly they were out of all bread except white & wheat. I think the guy put... one piece of cheese on my sandwich and was super stingy with the veggies, I ask for Italian and they were out of Italiandressing. Then I asked to make my sub a meal and he said the soda and tea machines were both not working. How is this locationstill open? General manager was super rude, kicked this woman out because she had a service dog and said that dogs were not allowed. You... cannot kick service dogs out of anywhere I believe it?s a federal law. I am also in food service and have been told multipletimes your are not allowed to question, but overall she was just really rude to this lady to the point I wanted to go up andapologize to her I felt horrible. She was extremely unprofessional in this situation and even talked with me and my boyfriendand this other woman in there about it after she left and said that she?s the general manager so what she says goes which isn?tnecessarily the case. This subway never has good service and or ingredients to make the subs it?s never fully stocked up I?ve been 5 times hoping it... would get better in the last three months and it hasn?t I wish they would get someone over to this location to make the changesit needs because it?s so close to my house but unfortunately if I?m gonna get a sub I?m gonna have to go elsewhere due to lackproduct availability and poor customer service!
