Extremely rude staff, the employee working behind the counter never asked if I wanted my sub toasted, I had to repeat my order 3... times and then when she went to ring it up, she still rang it up wrong and I had to repeat it a 4th time. The customer whoordered in front of me seemed to be having an equally bad experience, she asked to have her sub toasted and the employee toldher it was too late she had already put the vegetables on it. Two more customers went to walk inside and she made a gesture tothem that they needed to have a mask on while saying "Don't even come in here without a ****ing mask on." There is no reason tobe so rude. I will definitely not be back to this location. Read more

I'm actually glad this came up. I was giving a Subway gift certificate and it says on the car to check online for the balance or... go to one of our stores. When I went inside the store to see if I could find out the balance on the card the person working atthe time was very rude refused to check the balance that I had to buy something first and she was too busy to stop for me Iwon't go back first impressions are a lot. I went in at 120pm... the store was empty, yet the lady behind the counter had an attitude like if I had bothered her. She... clearly did not want to help make my sandwich. Everything I asked her for they ?didn?t have? yet it was sitting on the prepcounter behind her. I don?t appreciate when people have an attitude while I?m spending my money in your establishment. I willdrive an extra half a mile in the opposite direction just to go to the other subway from here on out. Read more

This store is amazing, the employees are so nice and make wonderful subs. The store is always so clean and nice.The employee... whos name tag says Josh is one of my favorite employees, hes super funny and always makes sure to bring a smile on everycustomers face no matter who it is. Store front was clean, when you walk in it smells heavily like cleaning products. The lady who made my sandwich wouldn?t talk to... me at all, I told her what I wanted and she was just very serious and looked kind of mad. As she was making my sandwich shecoughed and used her hand to cover her mouth and then right after she continued to make my sub without changing her gloves. Thatwas gross! I ate the sub regardless but needless to say I won?t be back to this location ever. Left very disappointed! Read more

I?ve had a few not so good expierences here but nothing really worth complaining about, especially since it is still a new... store. However, today really set it over the edge for me. I went in on a Sunday morning around 11am. I already waited almost 10minutes for a group of 3 in front of me before I was waited on, which truthfully was not a big issue considering there was onlyone employee there. The problems started to add up however when I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread, which they did nothave. They were actually out of multiple choices of bread. Another problem occurred when I finally made it down to the toppings,as I was immediately told that they did not have lettuce or tomato. My guess is this that these issues came down to staffing,and having only one person up there is not enough, even if they were doing they?re best. I have never had these issues at anyother Subway.
