The guy making sandwiches worked as hard as he could to make me uncomfortable and mumbled. When I asked him to repeat himself he... yelled loudly. Worst customer service ever. I had to walk out while he was making my sandwich because if I stayed any longer hewould have succeeded in making me mad enough to yell at him. I just want a sandwich. Why make it complicated. If you don't likeworking somewhere then work somewhere else. Also, he wasn't wearing a name tag. And there were two other employees right there.Pretty sure one was his supervisor or manager. I love this place, I've been coming to this location for almost 3 years and never had an issue. But I would like to know why in... the past 6 months, the weekend hours have been closed before 5 PM. That is still well into dinnertime. I'm positive the hours gountil at least 9:00 pm on weekends, however the night crew for the weekends seems to leave early, stay clocked in, and then comeback and clock out closer to 9 in order to appear they worked the whole night. I know many of the weekday personnel by face andam always greeted warmly when I walk through the door. I would love if the g.m. or owner could look into this. Food was fresh as you can expect it to be. Service was nice. The male employee was helpful making suggestions. For being in a... small corner of base and late at night they still showed professionalism and respect. A lot of youth or younger adults tend toslack when nights are slow. Read more
