I went in to this subway expecting it to be like every other subway where the employees are unhappy to make your food, and... unhappy to be at work until I was greeted by Charles and Terry who were outstandingly professional and happy to serve me, askedhow much of the ingredients I wanted went above and beyond for my order and I will be returning. Ordered the New Melt decided on the Turkey added extra onions, banana peppers, and spinach. The only thing extra I got was the... onions, order was made wrong completed a survey and got a response from a Mr Tony Morris apologized for not meeting myexpectations and would use my feedback to do better. What would have been better would have been a phone call, especially sinceI ordered online through their site, a apology and a offer to remake my sandwich the way I ordered it or even a free cookie, something else. I will not be back here for awhile I will travel the few extra minutes it takes to go to the Blanding locationinstead. Read more
Service I?ve had has been ok, but apparently they close at 8:30 pm, not 9 pm. I was just turned down service when I showed up... at 8:47 pm. Last week I showed up, also on a Wednesday, at 8:23 and the employee made some comments about showing up lastminute... but Subway website and google both match with a 9pm closing time. So either the listing is wrong , management needs totake a closer look at their employees, or someone else needs to go into management and get proper customer service. If I could give no stars I would rather give that. Extremely disappointed with this store! I did a mobile order 5/12/2020. I... ordered 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies with my sandwich order and didn?t receive them. I also asked for a side of sweet onionteriyaki sauce I didn?t receive either. I ordered cheese on both footlongs but there was no cheese on the sandwiches. The meaton the steak and cheese was very chewy as if it was old. I was extremely disappointed not only with my sandwiches but that I wasmissing things I paid for. I spoke to a manager 2 weeks later after getting no response via email complaint and trying almostdaily to get a hold of the store asking for at least a refund for the cookies I did not get. She apologized and said she wouldget a hold of her general manager to see what she could do to make this better and call me before the end of the day. It has nowbeen another 2 weeks I have not heard back from her and cannot get a hold of the manager. I call almost daily and either themanager is not in or I can?t even get someone to answer the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and I will never give themmy business again! Read more
I never give 5-star ratings to fast food chains, but our experience at Subway last night was pretty darn good. Our sub-maker... was really good, took her time, and did it right. The veggies were fresh, the tomatoes ripe (SO rare for Subway), and the breadwas good, too. I would love to tell you about how good the cookies were...but my wife wouldn't let me get any. ????
