The first day they were out of certain breads but otherwise experience was ok. Yesterday I made several attempts to order food... for my grandson's lunch on the subway app the BOGO50 and after several failed attempts I gave up and went into the restaurant toorder the sandwiches and see if they would help me with ordering the food and the lady behind the counter said she doesn't knowanything about the app and I tried to explain how I was trying to order the two sandwiches BOGO50 and could she honor thepromotion since I couldn't get the app to work for me to pay and she didn't know anything about the app and she said no andagain started she didn't know anything about the app. Needless to say her negative behavior was the icing on the cake and Iwent elsewhere to buy them lunch. Terrible service. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwhich that was ordered ahead of time even though there were very few other... customers. Like another reviewer said, the employees were more interested in chatting with one another than preparing orders.They ended up having to remake the sandwhich because they were distracted and didn't even tell me when it was done, even thoughI was the only customer there by that time--as if it just slipped their mind. I'm a patient person and like to give people thebenefit of the doubt but this was extremely frustrating, as it was obvious that they simply didn't care. If I hadn't beengetting the sandwhich for someone else I would have left. Read more
He told me they were closing and then a black woman walks in behind me I am a Mexican male and he proceeded to take the colored... woman's order and not mine but he just told me he was closed. So this girl here & a few others there cause me to go in even when I'm not craving a wrap but not cooking and need to get... something!
