I have never felt like I needed to comment about any subway nationwide until I left this one. These women have a system with 3... operators upfront that's nearly flawless! I have no clue who, if anyone at all was in the back! But these ladies deserve morethan Subway's respect! Quality Sandwich, beautifully made and customized to my liking. I was the 9th customer in a matter ofprobably 15-20 minutes (wait). Which is very fast for any truck stop subway! I'm sure they have their flaws, but I'm definitelyimpressed with their attitude and effectiveness! Read more

The worker there named Alyssa. Saw me as she was cutting veggies in the back. Said she would be a minute. For the next 25... minutes she kept cutting veggies. I asked for help 3 times. She said cutting the same green peppers was more important. I saidwhat about customers, she said this was her job to cut veggies. She refused to help and when I said I will call corporate shesaid. Popped in to get food for the road. The guy working was in a sour mood and complaining abo his boss. Neither sandwich we... ordered was toasted (barely warm at all). My sandwich?s bottom piece of bread was ripped almost fully in half. Didn?t put enoughoil & vinegar to taste it. Rude subway employee! Claimed he couldn't cancel an incorrect transaction I found on my receipt. When I asked him several times... to get a manager he repeatedly refused. Had to go and get the TA gas station manager myself. When I explained him the situationthis employee still wanted to blame me for the error. Customer service on it's greatest! The TA gas station manager was notreally able to help with the issue, however at least he refunded me cash for the credit card transaction he was unable tocancel. Do not recommend this Subway as long as this rude employee is there, who does not know how to deal with customers. Read more

If I could do zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Who ever is working morning today I don't know her name she had no name... tag was so rude. After waiting 10 minutes just for her to show up she decided to make something else for the store instead of myorder. Once she was ready I started my order and she asked my boyfriend if he wanted the same thing. he was not sure what hewanted yet and told her she can finish mine he was unsure what he wanted and she said " oh no, you better decide what you want because once I get to the other side by condiments I'm not coming back to start yours" . Two feet away?!! How lazy can you be??So he said he wouldnt get one because he was unsure. She said "good" .This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at aSubway location especially at a travel center where people from all over stop for something to eat. I do live in the area so Iwill be sure to NEVER recommend this place to any one. Customer service my ass. I had a better experience at the McDonald'sacross the street. Read more
