I ordered delivery today, thru the Subway website. It was simple enough. The food tasted fine, the delivery was quick. That... being said, my main, and really only, issue was not all of my order came. We upgraded to the combos. However, the drinks andchips did not come. I understand stuff happens, but the problem is I can't resolve it. Unlike delivery services, there is no wayto mark that your ordef was wrong. The only option is to contact the store. The problem being, the store doesn't answer thephone. Now, I worked at Subway back in the day, so I already didn't like my only option was to call the store. We never answeredthe phone, and I wouldn't have had a clue on how to refund someones card. Either way, the hoops we have been trying to jumpthru, to fix their mistake, is not acceptable. Went to go get lunch today. Pulled up front and the store had a sign with temporary hours stating they are open 10-8 Monday... through Sunday. There was no one in there, lights off and doors locked even though it was only 2 p.m. Very disappointed. Theleast they could do is put a sign in the window saying they closed early for the day. This place shouldn?t be open at thispoint. They are closed and not serving food more than they are actually open. Will not return. Read more
Over the last few months, this location has taken a turn for the worse. Seems like new ownership and act like they do not want... to be even there. I love my morning subs and 3x in the past 2 months this location remains closed even after hours postedsaying it should be open. The person inside just walks into the back ignoring like they should not be open. Today i actually gotin and order my usual and they are we have no bread except for a few pieces of wheat and flat breads. Seriously, its likewalking into a chicken place and they say sorry but no chicken. I even looked over the counter at their ovens and they werecompletely empty. Stop here to get something to eat at 7:57 pm and the door was already locked with the open light still on. Knocked on the door... and the young lady ducked as if we can't see her putting away food. Last time I came through they was out of different breads.So after fueling up my crew saw there was another one on the other side of the freeway. Which will stop for now on. Read more
